Education Northwest is a nonprofit applied research, evaluation, and technical assistance organization based in Portland, Oregon. We are organized around broad disciplines and capabilities to support continuous improvement of complex educational systems. What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the leadership team, the Director will lead and support staff members in developing and maintaining mission-aligned client and partner relationships and opportunities. The Director is responsible for conducting landscape analysis, facilitating the business development planning process, and executing a large-scale federal, state, and foundation pursuit plan. The Director will support staff members in developing scalable product and service offerings that leverage existing organizational strengths and intellectual capital. Core area(s) of expertise include strategy development, partnership cultivation, capture and pursuit, and product and service development. A track record of facilitating business opportunities at the state and federal levels, including the ability to leverage existing relationships with potential state and federal clients, is preferred. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
