Beacon Hill is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Chicago, IL

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate investment firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Chicago office to support several Managing Directors. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of administrative support experience looking to take the next step in their career. This client is on a hybrid schedule, working onsite Monday-Thursday and working remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and travel (both domestic and international) and assisting with Expense reports in Concur
  • Scheduling and organizing client/prospect meetings with the team and prepping meeting materials
  • Conference and event support: Registering, paying, organizing and tracking conference attendees and speaking with reps when applicable
  • Inputting all contact details into CRM, pulling reports as needed
  • Assist Admin team as needed with various team projects and needs

About You:

  • 3 years of administrative support experience within a professional services environment (ideally finance, real estate, legal or consulting)
  • Must have experience with calendar management and ideally travel booking
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
