We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred but not required
-Familiarity with the East Side of Milwaukee is a plus
