The successful candidate must provide outstanding client service to treasured clientele and will be prepared to proactively identify potential problems and provide creative solutions. They will be able to anticipate needs before they develop and will consistently demonstrate their trustworthiness and client-centricity.

This role is located in the practice's Milwaukee office, Monday through Thursday 8 am - 4 pm and Friday, 8 am - 3 pm.

Duties:

• Professional demeanor answering phones and greeting clients
• Provide excellent customer service by building genuine and positive rapport with existing clients and prospects
• Correspond with clients via email
• Assist with service requests and account maintenance
• File management and database clean-up
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2 years of administrative experience
• Industry experience, a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in database management and/or CRM systems
• Technologically adept with digital processes and systems
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel
