Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
-Working on our ERP system for accounts payable, receiving and inventory transfers
-Match paperwork to the computer, write down variances and key into the system.
-Backup for billing
-Process customer credits
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
-Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
-Be reliable, ask questions, be part of the team
-Understand bills of lading, invoices, and inventory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette
