JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides administrative secretarial support for the division. May provide backup support for other Administrative Assistants. Administrative Support (60-80%): - Primary support provided to RP Leadership team and SDs/People Leaders across the department.

Travel support and expense management/submission (Network Office visits, e.g.)

Calendaring

• Proactively clear conflicts and reschedule cancellations/declines
• Schedule necessary meetings as requested by leadership
• Schedule Zoom and in-room bookings for all meetings as a best practice
• Schedule landing spots across buildings as needed
• Infuse travel/walking time between meetings as needed
• Own meeting maps for all leaders and teams supported
• Coordinate annual meeting scheduling efforts
• Partner with other AAs and EAs as needed with private/blocked calendars
• Meet with leadership on a weekly basis to discuss priorities, calendaring conflicts needing input, special projects, etc.
• Schedule large meetings for leadership (SD ) as needed, to include 1x1s and career development conversations for people leaders and their teams

Special Projects, as needed:

• 2024 meeting map consolidation and scheduling (Product Line VPs and teams)
• RP Roundup newsletter (Jana Dolan)
• Field Committee logistical support (Jenny Czarniak)
• Light Budget Coordination (Amy Coffey, Karen Ziarek)
• Field Profile summaries/decks
• Meeting agenda curation as needed
• Department Coordination roles as needed, such as emergency floor monitor, digital ambassador, etc. (Liz Kitzke, Carole Schneider)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $19.93 - $23.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
