A services company in Wisconsin is looking to fill an immediate need on their team in Milwaukee with the addition of a new Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
Coordination of executive communications, such as: handling telephone calls, responding to emails and preparing correspondence, scheduling conference calls/meetings, and interfacing with employees, customers, and vendors as requested by the Executive Vice President
Preparing reports and performing data entry functions with general marketing, purchasing, or sales information
Performing clerical functions, such as filing, mail distribution, etc.
Performing other related duties
Qualifications:
1 year of Administrative experience
High School Diploma / GED
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
