Tandym Group is Hiring an Administrative specialist Near Ramsey, NJ

A services company in New Jersey is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new HR Administrative Specialist to their team.

This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.

Responsibilities :

The HR Administrative Specialist will :

  • Manage data entry within ticketing system
  • Check, coordinate and collate all communication surrounding
  • Track and self-assign tickets; escalated to specific managers, when needed
  • Follow through to ensure that each case if fully resolved
  • Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained for reporting and reference
  • Meet established customer services goals and standards
  • Run reports within the SuccessFactors and ADP
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role / setting
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies
  • working knowledge of local statutory regulations as they pertain to HR
  • Working knowledge of relevant HR systems, applications, or tools
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and / or a related field
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and ADP
