OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator facilitates all human resource processes with employees, management and external partners. This role administers employee health and welfare plans, resolves benefits-related problems, manages the payroll process, coordinates recruiting and onboarding activities and enables positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other office manager duties.
