What We Are Looking For:

This position is responsible for leading programs related to Benefits, Compensation, 401K and Immigration. They will lead companywide projects and work across the company. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters.

What You Will Do:

· Develop, communicate, and implement HR medical and benefits strategies.

· Ensure payroll is compliant and accurate.

· Lead the 401K committee to ensure compliance.

· Partner and build relationships with vendors (medical, 401K, brokers, etc.).

· Align websites, tools, intranet, and playbooks with current programs and practices.

· Proactively communicate to our employees’ updates, changes, and educational materials.

· Source updated compensation data to accurately benchmark roles and align with compensation strategy.

· Stays up to date on employment laws and regulations and ensures company compliance. 

· Provide in-house expertise on our HRIS systems and processes.

· Collaborate with other functional areas for seamless partnerships (recruiting, training, marketing, etc.).

· Leads Immigration for company.

Requirements

What We Require:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Knowledge of compensation structures and programs, benefits strategies, and 401K programs.

· Experience in HRIS.

· Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

· Interpersonal and empathy skills.

· Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.

· Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
