The schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00-6:00. This will be a hybrid position, where you will work from our Operations Center in West Valley City, and also have the flexibility to work from home.
Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.
