Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility to work occasional Saturdays is advantageous)

Location: 59 East 54th Street, Ground Floor, New York, NY 10022

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

· Possesses excellent communication skills.

· Exhibits a confident and amicable manner.

· Can easily build rapport with both patients and team members.

· Demonstrates meticulous organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.

· Shows a willingness to learn and is proactive.

Experience Required:

· At least 2 years in dental office administration

Key Responsibilities:

· Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors

· Managing telephone communications and scheduling appointments

· Handling financial transactions and overseeing payment processes

· Explaining treatment plans to patients

· Keeping patient records up-to-date

· Performing other related duties as needed
