Summary :

Weare seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide vital support forthe efficient functioning of our dentist office. The successfulcandidate will oversee patient care coordination maintain dentalrecords and assist with administrative tasks asnecessary.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate patient care by schedulingconfirming and reminding patients of appointments while promptlyaddressing incoming calls to address inquiries orconcerns.
• Maintain accurate dental patientrecords by organizing charts filing notes and managing faxcommunications to ensure seamless recordkeeping.
• Assist dentists with administrative duties as requiredincluding managing office supplies coordinating referrals andhandling insurance paperwork to ensure smooth clinicoperations.
• Utilize previous administrativeoffice experience and knowledge of healthcare environments toexecute tasks effectively and enhance overall officeefficiency.

Requirements :

• Previous administrative office experience is mandatorydemonstrating proficiency in handling diverse tasksefficiently.
• Experience in a healthcareenvironment particularly within a dental setting isindispensable.
• Strong organizational abilitiesand attention to detail are crucial for maintaining precise patientrecords and managing administrative tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills areessential for professional and courteous interactions with patientscolleagues and external parties.
• Proficiencyin basic computer skills is required with preference given tofamiliarity with dental office software.
