Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC – 28202

Duration: 03 Months (possible extension)

1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Description:

· Strong Outlook Experience - working within calendar, setup meetings, etc.

· Must be technology savvy; experience is Concur expense system a big plus.

· Will be working with internal PO systems; able to multitask, etc.

· Performs a variety of administrative functions.

· Schedules appointments, composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.

· Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

· May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

· Requires a high school diploma with 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

· Performs a variety of tasks, works under general supervision, reports to finance lead executive assistant.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour
