Scope and responsibilities:
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the complete business plan to grow bookings and revenue from our direct, digital, and travel advisor partner verticals. This role requires an individual that has previously hired and managed a sales team throughout the full sales process to achieve target metrics and quota. The ideal candidate must have an expertise in managing and holding a sales team accountable to high levels of performance.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, metrics and performance driven candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, where the pace is often fast and urgent. This role will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive, with a focus on selling open inventory, lead generation and achievement of revenue targets based on extremely high growth. Understanding people well and using that understanding effectively in a persuasive selling style will be an important aspect of this position.

Salary: Total Compensation (base bonus) commensurate with experience - $180,000 to $280,000. Position includes extensive benefits including Stock Options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision and so much more.
