A prominent national provider of business technology solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales/General Manager for their Denver Office. In this position, you will lead and direct Sales Teams across multiple branches. These teams specialize in the sale of business technology solutions, including copiers, multifunctional printers, print and document management software solutions, and production systems. Strategies employed include assignment management, relationship building, prospecting, and cold calling. Responsibilities:
Drive sales teams to execute strategies, focusing on talent attraction, hiring, and retention.
Assess, coach, and develop talent to maintain a positive work environment.
Lead with core values and exceptional customer service to surpass sales objectives.
Develop business plans and facilitate ongoing team development to exceed targets.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Professionals on strategy sessions for key areas.
Participate in weekly Sales Team Meetings and collaborate across functional teams.
Lead with the sales process to ensure full manpower in all territories.
Stay updated on products and services, differentiating them from competitors.
Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new hires.
Conduct monthly performance reviews, business plan assessments, and accurate forecasts.
Coach Sales Managers and Professionals for continuous improvement.
Utilize CRM tools for opportunity management and embrace new technologies.
Manage clients throughout contract lifecycles, conducting Quarterly and Annual Customer Reviews.
Drive growth and expansion in markets, meeting or surpassing revenue and profit expectations.
Perform additional assigned responsibilities.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining sales talent and client retention
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
