About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their Executive Leadership team. This critical role is responsible for leading the sales strategy and global sales teams, with a focus on achieving commercial targets and delivering revenue and margin goals. The successful candidate will devise and deliver sales plans, refine them to ensure competitiveness and growth, and create a high-performance sales team through effective management, coaching, and development. Building strong relationships with the wider sales leadership team and collaborating with various functions within the organization is also a key aspect of the role.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering excellent results, with a strong commercial focus. They should be a respectful leader with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring trust, loyalty, and respect. A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to empower and motivate teams are essential. The VP of Sales will also be involved in defining pricing strategies, driving re-pricing processes, and initiating sales promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
