We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
• Manage capital projects with budgets up to $1 million, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution phases.
• Establishes and maintains open lines of formal and informal communication with stakeholders and project teams, keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Actively seeks input from stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and incorporating feedback into project plans and decisions.
• Anticipates and proactively resolves conflicts or issues that may arise between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Partners with project teams effectively, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Administers projects of significant importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays, and making required adjustments.
• Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.
• Assists project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May perform other business functions as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 3 or more years demonstrated success in Project Management
• Working knowledge of process engineering and the ability to quickly grasp and apply policies and procedures and relate them to project scope.
• Experience with construction and installation activities related to projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Demonstrated skill in leading a cross-functional project team
• Excellent influencing skills to lead individuals where there is no direct reporting relationship.
• Good judgment and analytical skills required to make difficult decisions where technical problems and competition of resources can affect the project schedule and specifications.
• Must possess proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
