Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects involving the integration of multiple systems and technologies. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA)
Manage: Effective management involves creating a culture of accountability and fostering an environment where employees can thrive and deliver their best work.
Lead: Effective leaders must inspire and guide their teams, creating a sense of purpose and direction.
Accountability: Accountability involves holding oneself and others accountable for their actions, making decisions based on what is best for the company, and taking ownership of outcomes.
Project Delivery & Performance: Deliver projects on time, under budget, and to specification, while exceeding customer expectations.
Project Contract Management: Adhere to fixed contract terms, efficiently manage multiple phases, and ensure the smooth progression of jobs through the workflow from initiation to completion.
Design Project Management: Ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of design projects.
Installation Project Management: Ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of installation projects.
Project Activity Management: Define tasks, set and optimize timelines, coordinate execution, and manage resources to ensure tasks are planned, tracked and completed on schedule.
