The responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
· Responsible for coordinating technical responsibilities on assigned projects.

· Responsible for having a field presence during project execution and commissioning.

· Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget, ranging in size between $20M and $1MM.

· Able to work with teams located in remote locations.

· Responsible for managing Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) aspects of all assigned projects.

· Responsible for overseeing plant safety and OSHA regulations.

· Develop technical specifications for engineered equipment.

· Develop and manage all project documentation, internal, and external.

· Able to read and modify P&IDs, isometrics, and blueprints.

· Assist with equipment troubleshooting as required.

· Process Safety Startup Review, and Process Hazard Analysis changes for the project.

Qualifications

· Familiar with PSM/RMP including PHAs, MOC, PSSR, contractors, PSI, permitting, and incident investigation.

· Familiar with mechanical fabrication codes such as ASME VIII, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, ASME RTP-1, API 640, and inspection codes such as API 510, API 570, API 653.

· Familiar with basic rotating equipment troubleshooting such as pumps, seals, and compressors.

· Familiar with Enterprise Management Systems such as SAP, AX, or Avantis.

· Familiar with the Chlor-Alkali process (Chlorine, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrogen, HCl, sodium hypochlorite) and/or compressed gas packaging.

Experience:
· BS in Engineering – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical.

· 5 years of experience in chemical plant setting with proven experience in PSM.

· 3 years of project management experience.

· AutoCAD and plant 3D.

· Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excell, PowerPoint.
