- Site Management: Travel to various project sites, providing on-site support, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Change Order Management: Effectively handle change orders, collaborating with the project team to assess impacts on schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Budget Control: Work collaboratively with Superintendents to control project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in construction work, overseeing project details to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address project challenges, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial construction processes and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
