We are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing internship opportunities with OneStream Software. We are a financial software company, headquartered in Rochester, Michigan. We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we offer our customers the ability to store their data using Microsoft Azure. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• We’re seeking a driven individual to join our Business Development Team this Summer!
• Our Business Development Representatives align closely with our Field Sales Representatives as our champions for prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification and pipeline creation efforts.
• You will be active on social media and other channels to help research prospects and build pipelines and will work with a team to build sales collateral.
• An educational background in sales, marketing, or technology while having knowledge or experience in video editing technologies, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or other Marketing or Sales experiences, are helpful for this role.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area
• 3.2 GPA or higher
• Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred
• Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required

Personal Attributes

• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
• Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
• Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism
• Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting
• Able to work on a broad variety of projects

• Ability to establish credibility and trust
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
