Covenant Surgical Partners is Hiring a HR Assistant Near Nashville, TN

Covenant Physician Partners is hiring a HR Assistant at our corporate headquarters located in Downtown Nashville, TN.

SHIFT: This is a hybrid position with 3-days in office in Nashville and 2-days work from home.

About the Opportunity

This position provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources department. Partners with management as an integral asset to the company and a valued contributing member of the Human Resources team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides first level response to employee inquiries via email, phone, live chat and employee case management.
  • Processes employee changes in HRIS system.
  • Run and distribute OIG.
  • Liaison with Communications team on HR communications for field.
  • Process reimbursements for associates.
  • Process photo badges for associates.
  • Assist in processing invoices for department.
  • Order supplies for Nashville office.
  • Use initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support projects.
  • Provides general Human Resources support to the Human Resources team.
  • Various duties related to benefits or NSC office management responsibilities.
  • Other projects as assigned.

About the Candidate

  • Three or more years of experience in corporate office setting required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Superior customer service skills with positive phone personality / etiquette.
  • High standard of personal presentation, approachable, and demonstrates flexibility.
  • Excellent organizer with organizational ability for projects, events, etc.
  • Integrity and confidentiality are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and works well under pressure, good multi-tasker, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in common office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
