The Endoscopy Center, located in Hilo, a Covenant Physician Partner, is hiring a RN Center Manager to join and lead our amazing team.

About the Opportunity

The RN Center Manager, under the general guidance of Covenant's Regional Vice President and specific direction from the Center's Board of Managers, holds responsibility for overseeing the Center's operations in alignment with established policies, protocols, orders, and regulations. The individual selected for this role will collaborate closely with the Center's Medical Director and supervise subordinate staff to ensure that all clinical aspects of care provided at the Center meet established standards. In conjunction with center staff, they will collaborate with attending physicians to implement patient care orders and protocols. Additionally, the Center Manager may also perform clinical duties within the patient care environment as required.

The pay range for this position is $87,000.00-$120,000.00 annaully.

About the Candidate

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in the field of nursing, or related field preferred.
• Five years health care leadership experience.
• Clinical experience in surgery or procedure healthcare including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, and other clinical situations found in a surgical or procedural setting.
• Able to use personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail / calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
• Possess a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment impacting ASC’s, and the applicable standards of the AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies for ambulatory surgery centers.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
• Holds current clinical license, registration, or certification in good standing by the applicable authority.
