**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Garden Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

**Duties:**

- Assist customers with plant care advice, and product recommendations

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register for transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized garden center

- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products

- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

- Utilize retail math skills for pricing and sales promotions

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of gardening techniques and practices preferred

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays

- Willingness to learn about products and plants to better assist customers

- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
