We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in data analysis, with a focus on Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis. Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VBA experience, to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives for data analysis projects.
- Design and create data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools to communicate complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Apply statistical techniques, such as linear regressions and building predictive models, to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or business-related field.
- Experience in a data analysis role, preferably in industrial distribution or related industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
