Role: Financial Data Analyst with Data Modeling
Hybrid: Phoenix, AZ/Columbus/ Dallas, TX – 4 days a week
Improve the DQ issues management process through active business engagement and facilitate timely closure of data issues
· Leverage internal partnerships and business knowledge to identify critical data elements and data quality opportunities
· Develop and publish policies and standards associated with data governance and the data life cycle
· Accelerate the maturity and adoption of our data governance platform (Informatica Axon) by implementing workflows and assigning ownership to business and data assets
· Curate enterprise business glossary including organization of domains, subdomains, terms and identify relationships between business assets and technology assets
Critical Skills
Banking experience (5 years) with big-picture thinking and a strong understanding of data governance
• Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders
• Take the initiative to achieve tangible results from a conceptual strategy
• Strong data quality and data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and/or analytics tools
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse Design and Data Modelling
• Experience / Understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and Modeling Tools like ERWIN.
