HotFoot has partnered with a manufacturer in need of Data Analyst.
Position: Data Analyst
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, day or night shifts, 3-4 days per week
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $24-26.50/hr, built-in OT with 3/4 schedule
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the manufacturing process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.
- Work in an office-based operations environment, multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis.
- Utilize technical aptitude, data analysis, cycle time, error codes, and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize procedures, support SOP, lean manufacturing, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that support production goals.
- Memorize codes, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align with daily goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school Diploma required, AAS Degree, or Technical Certificate preferred, but not required.
- 2 to 8 years of professional work setting, office environment.
- Ability to sit at a desk for 12 hours a day and multitask with multiple monitors/programs
- Fundamental Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office/ Outlook.
- Data analysis abilities, process flow analysis, flexible work culture, and development procedures.
- Ability to learn complex procedures and planning for incoming material for processing.
