Data Analyst-Facility Operations

Essential Functions

• Responsible for facility operations data analytics, including routine and on-demand data analysis.
• Aggregate and analyze data to provide key insights for financial and operational metrics.
• Research, compile, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess performance.
• Support Operational Leaders with actionable talent insights, on-demand dashboards, and project performance with market-based reporting.
• Source and analyze labor market indices and benchmarks to inform labor strategy.
• Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
• Develop, publish, and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Provide end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent related work experience.

Experience:

• Experience: 5 years of related operations/facility operations reporting experience with a quantitative and analytical orientation.
• Experience researching and analyzing data and developing findings and recommendations into tailored briefings for various stakeholders and synthesizing large amounts of data into executive-level briefings.
• Demonstrated experience configuring reporting dashboards.
• Previous experience creating compelling visualizations for presentations.
• Familiarity with cloud databases and Power BI required, experience using Power BI to build and maintain dashboards (preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
