Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing case files to ensure all relevant information is properly filed and readily accessible.
- Being a liaison, coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in litigation proceedings.
- Detectively assisting with trial preparations— assembling exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating witness schedules.
- Handling electronic filing (e-filing) of court documents.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and court processes is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in e-filing court documents is necessary.
