Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to organize and maintain multiple case and research files
- Assisting attorneys with trial and hearing preparation
- Coordinating with clients and attorneys to obtain and prepare case-related evidence
- Evaluating evidence and facts and preparing cases for litigation
- Maintaining up to date details on court decisions and status of claims
- Maintaining litigation details with absolute precision
- Interfacing with court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel
- Drafting correspondence
- Assisting with deposition and hearing preparation
- Preparing cases for litigation
- Review and evaluating evidence
