Looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, preparing specifications/contracts, and data entry. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, self motivation, and superior customer service.
Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook required. Prefer marketing/social media experience.

Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office management or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
