Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first point of contact for customers who submit an internet inquiry for a new vehicle.

· Guide the customer through the vehicle buying/leasing process

· Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the outset

· Provide information about our vehicle lineup, features, and available services in a knowledgeable and engaging manner

· Schedule test drives and appointments for customers, coordinating with sales team to ensure seamless experiences

· Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to uphold our high standards of satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a luxury automotive brand is preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for assisting and connecting with others

· Professional demeanor and appearance, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere

· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in computer systems and office software, including CRM platforms, is an asset
