Customer Service Rep Conshohocken, PA
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for calling patients directly ensuring these patients received their order and to answer any questions these patients may have regarding using and or re-ordering products from our company. Ideally, the incoming Customer Service Rep can maintain polite & helpful attitude when dealing with high stress customer situations, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, can work independently & in a team environment as needed, with a strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of office equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding and handling all calls and emails regarding customer orders
• Record customer feedback regarding products and their experience using these products
• Maintain a live record of all accounts and their customers
• Reach out to customers to determine if they need to refill their order
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and vendors
• Provide status and tracking data to leadership & customers as requested
• Answer the phone and transfer the call to the appropriate party
• Assist in the packaging of products as needed
 
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with office phones preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required
Compensation (range):

• $50k- $60k(depending on experience)
