- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Making and canceling appointments
- Verifying insurance plans and filling up insurance papers
- Explaining dental programs and treatment plans
- Maintaining patient accounts, records, and bills
- Keeping the office orderly, clean, and presentable
- Handling computer-related tasks and software management
- Collecting payments
- Listening to the patient’s problems and referring them to the appropriate staff members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
