2 Front office clinical assistants needed for busy multi-disciplinary medical practice.

#1- M, W, F 9-5:30 pm, Tues. & Thurs. varied/ flexible hours (depends on availability).

#2 - Tues & Thurs 8:30-5. M, W, F varied/ flexible hours (depends on availability)

Duties: Phones, patient check-in, scheduling, up front payment collection, chart prep, scan/ fax, room patients, take vitals, perform drug screens, assist in procedures, keep clinic area and exam rooms clean and sanitized, laundry, prescription call-in, & other office duties.

Requirements: Must have high ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced environment. Must be reliable, empathetic, and have great work ethic and customer service. Spanish speaking a ,
