BRSH+FLSS Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near San Diego, CA

We are seeking individuals who bring excellent customer service, friendly attitude and high energy to our front desk. Dental experience is helpful but not necessary. Our style of practice is centered on excellent customer service, communication at a high level and attention to detail.

*IMPORTANT: COVID VACCINATION MANDATED *

DAYS PER WEEK: M-F full day, one half Saturday a month

COMPENSATION: Competitive, depending on skill level and experience, negotiable (We will pay based on the value and experience you add to the practice)

BENEFITS include health insurance, paid time off and a pension plan after certain duration of employment

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Insurance verification and breakdown
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Checking in/out patients
4. Reviewing treatment plans
5. Calculating co-pays

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience of dental front desk duties

2. Knowledge of Dentrix dental software

Other Qualifications and Skills:

1. General computer skills
2. Interpersonal skills
3. Customer service skills
4. Marketing experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
