Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Owners and CFO.
Job Type:Part-time
Salary: $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Owners and CFO.
· Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
· Arrange travel and accommodations for Owners, CFO, and their families.
· Receives incoming communication (mail) or memos, reviews their contents, determines their importance, and summarizes and distributes them to appropriate staff.
· Performs office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
· Performs additional duties as assigned by Owners and CFO.
· Manage charitable contributions.
· Plan Community and Company events and outings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and immaculate attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment with little or no guidance.
· Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
· Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and able to learn new or updated software.
· A high degree of professionalism.
Education and Experience:
· A high school diploma is required.
· At least one year of related experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
