Alexander Rose International is Hiring an Executive Director Near Savannah, GA

Alexander Rose is partnered with a rapidly expanding hospice care organization that prioritizes delivering exceptional end-of-life care while emphasizing patient comfort and family support. There is a current need for an Executive Director, this role will be instrumental in driving the continued success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, of the PACE program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve program growth and sustainability, while maintaining a focus on quality care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing hospice and PACE programs, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
  • Manage the program budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and support staff.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to promote program awareness and generate referrals.
  • Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to continuously monitor and enhance the quality of care and services provided.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance, outcomes, and key metrics for presentation to senior leadership and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hospice or palliative care, with experience in PACE programs.
  • Thorough understanding of hospice and PACE regulations, reimbursement processes, and best practices in end-of-life care.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and drive results in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences including patients, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve program performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
  • Genuine passion for hospice and palliative care, with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and their families during the end-of-life journey.
