Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in Accounts Payable to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative operations, managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Construction experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Opening jobs and create job files.
Preliminary notices.
Collecting Lien Release.
Type up change orders and follow up
Assist President, Vice President and Project Manager as needed.
Maintain office filing and storage systems.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and organizing supplies.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
