Our company has a long history in the valley and has been in business for over 30 yrs. We focus on hospitality services, commercial and residential reupholstery, and residential and commercial renovation projects. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support multiply divisions of the company.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas. You will be answering phones, greeting clients, and assisting with administrative duties.

You will also be assisting our corporate division with office management, accounting projects, travel arrangements, trade show events, human resources, and organization.

We are looking for someone that has great people skills. Must have computer experience with hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google. Must be comfortable with use of latest technology and highly organized.
