Zombie Networx is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Reception Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support to visitors and clients.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Communicate with contractors and clients regarding installations and appointment times.

Assist with providing excellent customer service to any customer who calls into the office.

Track and report information regarding installs

Assist with various administrative tasks throughout the office

Communicate with team and upper management about important upcoming deadlines and scheduling conflicts.

*Experience with payroll and accounts receivable is a plus but not required*

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Customer service experience and excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to operate independently as well as function as a member of a team.
-Experience working in reception, customer service, scheduling etc. as well as experience performing various administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
