Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in order entry and processing
- Coordinate and assist in event planning and organization
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
