```Duties```:

- Operate brewing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality beer

Beer server in the tap room one to two shifts per week

- Follow recipes and brewing processes to ensure consistency and quality

- Monitor fermentation and aging processes, including temperature control.

- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment, tanks, and kegs

- Package finished beer into bottles, cans, or kegs

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

```Qualifications```:

- Previous experience in the brewing industry or related field preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment helpful

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
