Working knowledge of financial budgeting and/or accounting/general ledger experience.
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and their application to fund accounting. Working knowledge in using automated financial systems. Working knowledge of office management procedures and equipment. Some knowledge of basic statistics.

Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of constituents employing excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze, research and compile complex data and develop compile summaries from a variety of fiscal reports.
