Insurance background (priority). Client experience. Performance Indicators : Quality and volume of submitted claims. Efficient handling of incoming claims.
Completeness and accuracy of claims submitted. Continuous improvement as the team develops. Disqualifiers / Red Flags : Failure to meet minimum requirements.
Limited administrative experience (e.g., receptionist duties). Frequent job changes (non-contractor). Leadership Principles : Ownership Bias for Action Dive Deep Must-have Hard Skills : Excel MS Office
