Role Summary:
As an Account Development Representative at Cognite, you'll apply your tenacity, creativity, and communication skills to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow up on marketing-sourced leads, contributing directly to our growth trajectory.
Situated within our marketing team, part of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, you'll join forces with sales and the wider marketing team to engage in proactive outreach efforts aimed at delivering value and addressing customer pain points.
We are aiming to hire individuals for our ADR team so we can drive growth in our pipeline, expand our market reach, and optimize sales process efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of Account Development Representative (ADR) experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered advantageous. If you're driven, resilient, and passionate about driving business growth within a collaborative environment, we're eager to welcome you aboard.
