ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Conduct customer business reviews and follow-up on customers’ inquiries and questions.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Perform on-site customer quality inspections.
• Review on-site customer supply closet inventory levels.
• Identify site deficiencies and coach staff to improve.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and retention.
• Collaborate with in house staff to effectively meet customers objectives.
• Document and report customer feedback to relevant team members.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Criminal Background Check
• 3-5 years of Business experience
• General cleaning knowledge - preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
