Chris's Custom Cabinets is Hiring an Office Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong communication, excellent calendar and schedule management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Monday-Friday 7am -3pm

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives and staff
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, shop supplies equipment, and facilities
- Manage vendor relationships and execute contracts with builders and homeowners as needed
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including meetings and company events
- Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage office budgets and expenses

-Social media management and lead generation

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Proficient in QuickBooks, Payroll and tax payment systems
- Ability to work with a team and complete tasks without supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
