Camidor Property Services is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Overview
The Property Bookkeeper/Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day accounting needs for multiple commercial properties, as well as supporting the operations of the leasing office. They will maintain the accounting software, answer the phone, and support the office operations.

Camidor Property Services is a local full-service property management company established in 1979. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality property management, leasing, and brokerage services. Camidor is located in the heart of the Biltmore Business District and we focus our services on the Biltmore and Scottsdale Airpark markets.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintains accounting records within accounting software (Yardi) including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries

· Reconciles bank statements and ensures accuracy of financial data

· Provides tenants and owners with a monthly statement

· Monitors cash flow to guarantee accurate records of financial transactions

· Assists CPAs and Owners with financial information requests

· Prepares and e-files yearly 1099 forms

· Performs monthy estimated tax payments

· Assist with administrative tasks as needed

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

· Understanding of online accounting software – experience with Yardi is a plus!

· Attention to detail/accuracy of data entry and reporting

· Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines

· Friendly attitude with effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Commercial real estate experience is welcomed but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
